Capturing the spirit of renewal in its essence, this project was designed to welcome a new family and elevate their way of living.
The primary goal of the project was to highlight the breathtaking seaside view while embracing the flow of natural light so that the natural landscape could be enjoyed from the comfort of the residence. A place that embraces neutral tones without being afraid to venture with vibrant colors and patterns in the decor.
Surrounded by two walls with panoramic windows that illuminate the space, this space has been shaped by the definition of comfort. Its light and inviting energy was crafted through an elegant palette of white and light wood, accented with touches of blue.
To make the most out of the space, the His Modular Day System was installed over the TV cabinet, filling its shelves with decorative elements such as plants and statues inspired by marine motifs. A warm light was incorporated into the cabinet to add depth and complement the antique brushed bronze metal and geometric shape of the bracket, which adds charm to the delicate appearance of the piece.
The dining area elegantly integrates the open-plan layout of the main floor, ensuring spatial continuity and circulation flow. To accommodate social gatherings, the Sky Dining Table was chosen, an extendable table designed to accommodate a large number of guests. With a brass-brushed bronze frame, this dining table blends sophisticatedly in a space with modern and contemporary decor.
The consistency of this room is reinforced by choosing the same wood used for the built-in bookcase in the room for the tabletop, thus establishing a connection between the different elements present in the space.
To finish the setting, the Slender Sideboard was placed next to the table. Designed with slim and elongated lines, this piece combines a mate walnut wood structure with a bronze iron base to achieve a modern look. Its mirrored doors enhance the perception of space while also offering practical storage for formal dinnerware.
In the middle of the open space, a sheltered corner dedicated to more intimate and quiet moments was designed. This lounge breathes color naturally, from the furniture to the radiant wallpaper that envelops the space. The Miami Armchairs were an obvious choice for this lively area, enhancing the atmosphere with their warm mate walnut structure and vibrant yellow lined fabric.
The armchair easily blends in this space, sharing its color with the sofa and the nature-inspired wallpaper. With a deep back and supportive arms, this Nordic-inspired design grants a warm, minimalist touch to any setting.
A new open-plan area was developed in the basement, specifically designed to accommodate larger gatherings and social events. To provide greater comfort for a larger group, the Cotton Sofa was thoughtfully adapted to accommodate more people at the same time.
Featuring a curved structure and light-colored upholstery, the custom-designed sofa was integrated to define the lounge area, contributing to both spatial organization and visual coherence. A modular composition featuring organic curves upholstered in a cloud-like Belgian linen with a subtle texture.
With its ample dimensions, this suite accommodates two distinct functional zones, one designated for rest and the other for moments of leisure. The room’s clean and refined appearance is the result of carefully selected elements such as the Kensington Night Tables, which gracefully rest near the bed, accompanied by a padded headboard that extends beyond them. A sober and modern design, with a robust structure gracefully balanced by its delicate brass contours and handles.
Positioned in front of them, the Hilary Sofa is wrapped in a soft, patterned fabric that pairs beautifully with its brass base and beige cushions. Besides it stands the Olivier Side Table, exhibiting its curved lines and a slender silhouette crafted in a matte walnut structure. A versatile piece with a subtle, understated charm.
A compact closet was also built beside the suite, seamlessly continuing the bedroom’s aesthetic. To make the room feel more comfortable, the Sublime Stool was included, with a soft-touch fabric and a brass base that adds a touch of glamour.
